Just a follow up email after my second SWS course earlier this year. It has been tricky to put into practice all you’ve taught me via snatched sessions at the local pool since then BUT just had a revelatory weekend at Pool Bridge Farm York wild swimming in their lakes post sauna!

Everything fell into place and it was a joy to bob about as you can probably see from the attached photo. Thanks again for transforming my experience of being in the water.
