I did the Swimming Without Stress course in April, and I couldn't recommend it more to anyone who is nervous in water. Both Cheryl and Ian are just brilliant, they give you great confidence in the water, and they both offer completely different ways of being at ease in the water. I enjoyed my holiday in May a lot more because I felt more at ease in the water, still a long way to go to feel more confident in deeper water, but much more relaxed in the shallow end. Ian did get me to slide into the deeper end which I was practicing on holiday and that was a miracle. Thanks Cheryl and Ian for everything, hope to be back next year.
