You really have worked miracles. It took a bit of time to get back into the zone but then things clicked and I was able to practise the various "moves" but best of all just enjoy moving around in the water - the total opposite of how I've previously felt when visiting the local pool. It's still early days, obviously, but I feel confident enough to explore and experiment a bit. It's really helpful to watch one of your videos then visualise it when I'm in the water. Best of all, my back feels better than it has for ages and it came as a surprise to discover that my neck feels good too. I hadn't realised how stiff it had become.
