Hi, I am 36 years old and I tried to learn to swim many times in the past. I was always so afraid of doing the backstroke because I did not know how to get my feet back on the ground and stand-up after floating on my back. So swimming was a nightmare for me because of this. Recently I decided to give swimming another try and this time I turn to YouTube. Your YouTube video that had been uploaded in 2009 is the only YouTube video that teaches how to to get back on your feet after floating on your back. It's the one and only YouTube video that teaches that properly. Today after my swimming coach had given up on me I went to my own corner of the pool and I tried what you are instructing in that video.
