All products are sent by Royal Mail. For larger orders we may use a Signed For service or send in multiple packages.
Speed and quality of delivery is very important to us; we want you to be more than satisfied with our service. We make every effort to dispatch orders on the day of receipt, if we receive them before 1pm, Monday-Friday. Delivery then usually takes place within 2-3 days, often the next day with First Class option.
It is worth noting that we find a high proportion of “missing” items are held at local sorting offices or are held by a neighbour or colleague. Both Royal Mail and any courier should leave a card indicating this, however there are times when these are misplaced or not left at all, so if possible please check first. As is customary, compensation is limited to the value of goods lost. A replacement will be offered or refund as appropriate.
In the unlikely event of your product being out of stock, we will contact you and tell you when we expect to receive your product. We will be able to arrange any changes to your order if you feel it necessary.

FREE FOR ORDERS OVER £50.00 (UK only, standard postage.)
For orders under £50 we charge £2.99 for Standard delivery or £3.99 for First Class.
If it’s really urgent, you can choose Special Delivery which guarantees next day delivery if ordered before 1pm, Monday to Thursday (£11.00).
Shipping and handling within the E.U.
We charge £5.99 for orders up to £49.99 and £13 for orders over £50.

Swimming Without Stress
Any item returned must still be in its original packaging unless the product is faulty in some way.
If swimming goggles leak for you, it doesn’t mean they are faulty. You may need to get used to adjusting them properly or they may not be the right shape goggles for your face. No one pair of goggles is guaranteed not to leak for everyone. + See this article for advice on choosing goggles
We are unable to give refunds for goggles that have been worn in the water except in the rare circumstance that when we check and test them we find there to be a manufacturing fault.
Sale items may be exchanged but not refunded.
Please note that you will be responsible for the charges incurred in returning the product by post. For your peace of mind, we recommend that you use the Royal Mail Signed For service.
